Called Union Jack for issues with our Rinnai tankless unit. Found out all we needed to do was some minor maintenance on the unit when we thought we might have to replace. They were up front and honest with is and saved us a ton of money. When it does come time to replace our unit or if there any other plumbing issues we will be calling Union Jack again.

Great work by Karl and Mike. Replaced shower valves and added body sprays. Tight quarters and they got everything worked in just right. They are absolute plumbing boffins.

Karl & Mike did a great job repairing a water line leak in my basement. The location was very difficult, but they were able to get the situation repaired despite several obstacles. They were friendly, professional, and very thorough. Would highly recommend them again.

Karl & Mike are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The workmanship looks good. They presented several options for the installation of a tankless water heater before proceeding. Plus, they were able to install the next day after I received the on-site estimate. I would definitely recommend them and the Rinnai on-demand water heater.
