He was fantastic. He was very inexpensive compared to other bids I got. He was a very bright person. He knew what he was doing. He did the job quickly. He did the job to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with him. I would use them in the future.

We had a large tree fall in our yard during the storms that hit the area. Anderson removed the tree and related debris from my yard exactly as we discussed during his initial visit. Great experience!

They are a great tree service people. They are very professional. I would trust them for their business. They are just great in anything that they do. They are very reasonable and quick. They even do gutters. They have done some minimal tree trimming. Once when he came to trim the trees, I wanted to trim it more. He said it is dangerous to trim more as it would harm the tree. He is just not doing to make money. He is doing to do my chimney sweeps next week.

After finding them on Angie's List, my husband gave Anderson Gutters and Tree Service a call. We were told a day they would come out and that was that. Then a really bad storm that included tornadoes came through the Chattanooga area and suddenly they were swamped with emergency tree work. So, a bit of phone tag was played as we worked to reschedule the gutter cleaning. He told us someone would be out definitely by Thursday. Thursday rolls around and we hadn't heard anything so my husband gave him another call that evening. He wanted to try to reschedule again, but we were concerned about rain in the forecast for the next day, so he ended up coming out at 9:30 at night and cleaning our gutters all by himself, and he did it in what I thought was record time. He stayed to discuss with us what he had seen when he was cleaning the gutters, such as the fact that we have 3 different kinds of gutters. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and despite the scheduling problems due to the storm, very professional. He gave us his word that he would have someone out here by Thursday, and when the time came he stayed true to his word. We are already planning to use them for some tree trimming in the near future.

Company came to give me a price on cleaning gutters. After price was given and excepted they cleaned the gutter that day. They did do a great job on gutter cleaning. I did ask the for a price on installing new gutters on the house. He did not send me the price. I did tell them I was not in a hurry. I will use them again. They did a good job.

I talked to John, who is one of the guys in charge over there. He was very straight forward. He didn't try to do more than I wanted done. He was pretty specific about what they were going to do. He was pretty helpful. I thought it was a reasonable price for what they did.

They were very good and extremely efficient. They provided the estimate and started the work immediately. Additionally, they did a really good job cleaning up.

Jon's first visit was to provide the estimate. His estimate was very reasonable and he was also knowledgeable and professional, so we set up a time for him to complete the work. He arrived right on time, did excellent work, and they also cleaned up after the work was completed. I plan to use Jon's company in the future, and I highly recommend them.

They showed up when they said they would, cleaned the gutters, swept off the roof, cleaned up the residue from the yard. They delivered exactly what we expected.

The $75 fee is about average for any of multiple service calls I have had with Jon and his company. They have cleaned and repaired gutters, installed rain barrels, and trimmed or removed trees. He is extremely thorough; tries to save tees at all costs; and prices are very reasonable.

We have been cleaning our own gutters out for more than 20 years despite the steep pitch of our roof and a 3-story drop on one side--finally said we've had enough. Selected Anderson Gutter Cleaning and Tree Service from our local telephone book as there was no one in our area on Angie's List. We are so very pleased with the entire experience. Jon was easy to work with on scheduling--we asked for proof of insurance and it was provided lickety split. We had to be rescheduled because of poor weather conditions and this was handled professionally and with our convenience in mind. We were told beforehand the name of the technician as well as the vehicle he would be driving before the job began. Jon and his company are the epitome of customer- focused service--it's almost too good to be true. We've signed up for his twice-a-year maintenance schedule and hope to never, ever set foot on our roof again. Great job Jon and Ethan! We're so glad we found you!
