They were prompt. Assessed the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion. Were very courteous.

Technician came as promised, and on short notice. Knowledgeable and personable. Problem thought to be fixed, but was not. Company owner came back immediately at no charge, and discovered the problem was not with the heater but with the breaker. Excellent service. Will use again.

Very easy to schedule - Derrick came out the next day to replace a broken garbage disposal that was causing the clog and he also replaced a water heater that had stopped working after I placed the original online request for a plumber. He was helpful and thorough when answering my questions about the best tank size and warranty I needed for the water heater. He was polite and conscientious. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

They did an excellent job. Called in the morning as water heater had gone out and they fit us into the afternoon schedule. The service was complete, correct, and on time. Cleaned up mess after they were complete and let me with a sense of security. Great job.

They did a great job we had them to replace a hot water heater hired them 3 weeks later to replace tub and shower faucet and if we have any more plumbing needs we will sure be calling g them very nice polite people and very neat and clean with their work iF you have any plumbing problems they will do a great job

They replaced two old shower / tub faucets.

I called Mr. Rooter, and without looking at the pipes, they said they needed replacing to the tune of $2600. The bathtub was draining slow and the toilet wasn't flushing well. Riverside looked at the problem and fixed it for $112. They are definitely my new plumbers.

very quick response. Derrick was out the very next day and made the repair needed to stop my water heater from leaking. Stuck to the quote he gave me when he first arrived. They responded quickly and went above and beyond what most contractors I've hired were willing to do. I would be willing to pay more to have them rather than any other plumber. Great experience...if you need a plumber, Riverside Plumbing should be your first choice!! The builder that put our shelves in our pantry drilled right into the drain and Riverside quickly found the problem...drove to Home Depot to get the pipe and fixtures needed and fixed it....all within an hour.

Derick of Riverside Plumbing did a fantastic job, even cleaned up what little mess he made in my garage, although I doubt I would have noticed it since the floor was already dirty before he started. He gave me a free quote which was less than half of what another company quoted me, and his quote included an additional job to what the other company quoted! To accurately assess the situation, he had to crawl under the house, and he took quality photos to show me exactly what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. Space does not permit me to tell everything he did that impressed me. He's the only one I'll call from now on.

I came home in the middle of the work day to a water gushing under my kitchen sink. Called Riverside, and they were able to come and fix the problem. They were honest, friendly, efficient, and their price was reasonable. They did not try to sell me any services that I did not need, and they were candid about how long the repair would last. I love these guys, and I would definitely use them again.

These guys were awesome. They came when promised, installed the water heater, cleaned up and were friendly and courteous. I liked them well enough to have them come back and install a toilet for me. They even hauled off the old water heater and toilet! Now that i what I call SERVICE!
