Riverside Plumbing

Riverside Plumbing was a very professional company to work with. Not only were they professional, they were very honest and "stand-up" about services - and you can't find a lot of people like that these days. If I ever need plumbing services in the future, I will always call Riverside Plumbing and will always recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

They came right the very next morning, only took them 35 min and it cost less than $100. Great service and fast. They knew what the problem was and fixed it. They didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need.

Derrick's customer service is exemplary. He was always on time, even called beforehand to confirm he was in route. He was very throrough explaing the issues to me and providing his opinion on several resolution options. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 on Quality and Value for Money is I think only time will tell. I don't expect to have issues, but if I do, I know I can get him back over to see about them. I'd definitely recommend Riverside to friends.

These guys showed up on time and completed the job in a timely maner. Far better than some of the other companies my home warranty has sent over in the past.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Riverside Plumbing. Even though it was a small job, they fit me into their schedule unlike other contractors I had tried to find. They were extremely courteous and I am so glad to have hot water again!

Service was excellent, courteous and they were there when they said they would be. They kept in touch with us to let us know exactly when they would be there.

Prompt, courteous, and economical.

I had a leak so I called them out. They fixed the leak but the next found out my kitchen sink was not draining. They would not work with me on coming back out. So I call someone else to come out. Then I found out that my sink was not draining right because Riverside moved the drain pipes around so he would have some room to work on the leak but did not move them back. My fault I guess because I did not crawl under the house to check out his work.
