This company was paid by the Title Company when I purchased the Home. The Seller had to pay for the service. After Closing I made numerous call trying to get the work done. None of the calls were not returned. Finally nearly a month after closing I did get a call back and the works was scheduled.
The Technicians Arrived and did a good job of installing the Mitigation Equipment. This part of the Job went well.
The next step was for re-testing to determine if the equipment that was installed was bringing the Radon Levels down to the proper levels. Once Again I made multiple calls in an attempt to schedule the final testing. None of the Calls were returned. I finally called my Real-estate Agent and He called leaving the impression that he had a client who needed work done. He received a call back almost immediately and my Agent arranged for my testing to be scheduled. The Contractor finally brought the testing equipment out and the test were performed.
After the Testing was complete I did receive a report within 2 days and the readings were very good so the contractor did complete the work.
My only recommendation would be to never pay this contractor up front and always wait for the Final Report prior to payment.
