Robertsons Tree Service

I called Randall a couple of months ago, and he came promptly to give me an estimate. We agreed and tried to schedule service. Then it rained and rained and rained and rained. So two months later, finally he and his crew were able to do the work. I cannot vouch for the normal scheduling, but I did have to call a few times trying to find out when they would be coming. I would use him again with no hesitation.

I had a tree in my backyard that was leaning against a fence that was causing damage to the fence. After several estimates I went with this company. He also found some other trees that were really bad. One tree that was 40-50 feet tall was completely hollowed out and was rotting from the inside out. What he cut down was going to cause us trouble later and we are thankful. I felt we got someone who knew what they were doing and cared about the job they were doing.

What a bunch of great young men! Not only did they beat the competition in price, they were very punctual, polite, knowledgeable and extremely careful. They cleaned up, cut the remaining trunks into 12 in pieces of firewood, (upon request of size) and even repaired a hole in the roof one of the fellows stepped through because it was a rotten spot. New roof has been contracted and we were sorry for the potential harm it could have caused .........which was our liability! Local, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable and fast! I wouldn't call anyone else! I'm, personally, too picky and hard to please but these guys left me nothing to complain about! No kidding!

This is a good business to deal with. Ours was a smaller job and it took them a couple of weeks to squeeze us in, but we weren't in any particular hurry and this was fine with us. Once they scheduled us in, they showed up when they said they would, did a nice job of it, cleaned everything up afterwards and were professional and friendly throughout. And, they were significanly less expensive then the other two quotes we got for the same work. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat.

Did as they agreed. Speedy service. No problems. Very satisfied.

My husband called the company at approx 11:30am. Was told by the person who answered the phone that they were on the road and would call back in few minutes. Never heard back from them! After he showed up on my door step telling me we never called, I went to my phone history and called them to apologize for posting the incorrect date of contact made. They did apologize to us. It was simply a matter of miscommunication as to why we did not get a call back.

We had a very tricky tree removal, and Robertson's had the best price. The work was done well and he actually came a day early because he had done another job in the area. The only issue we had was that he wouldn't take an out of state check. He hadn't told us that ahead of time, and luckily we had the cash available. But the issue launched him into a 15 minute one-sided discussion about our banking system that was a bit awkward.

The business owner returned calls promptly and the crew arrived when they said they would. They did a professional job, careful to minimize the damage to surrounding trees and shrubs. All work was completed in one day and they cleaned up after themselves. Firewood was cut to our specified length, suitable for our wood stove.

The removal of the tree was extremely professional and prompt and the pricing was fair. Randall Robertson did everything he could to assure my satisfaction with the job that was performed. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs tree service.

From start to finish Randall and his staff worked hard and professionally. I am happy happy to have all those ugly trees gone!!

They were on time, very reasonably priced and most of all, neat. When they left you could even tell a tree surgeon had been there!

Robertson's was on time and performed the work exactly as quoted. The trees in question ranged from 10' to over 40'. The crew dropped them, cut them into smaller pieces, and removed all of the debris without any damage to the surrounding yard and trees. Their cleanup was especially impressive given the amount of work done. They were prompt and finished in one day. I will use them again.

An 18" (+/-) Maple tree fell from my property across my neighbor's drive and partially hit their home. This occurred late on 8/2/2012. On the morning of 8/3/2012, I spoke with Mr. Robertson and he told me when he could come. He did as expected and gave me a suitable price to remove the tree that same day. His crew arrived as scheduled and performed efficiently and safely. The neighbor's site was left broom clean. I was pleased with every aspect of Robertson's service and will use them again when needed.

They were here 3 days just as they said they would be. They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves so you couldn't even tell they had been here. Also, we asked Randy several questions about other trees in the yard and he gave us honest opinions. He did not try to sell us additional services.

He returned my call within 24 hours. He was very professional and provided me with references. He was very knowledgable.

Robertson's Tree Service came on the scheduled date. They proceeded to work on the tree after first scouting out the area to be sure to ID sprinkers, etc. Their work was exemplary and done is a very safe manner. Large limbs and parts of the tree trunk were lowered by rope to avoid lawn/shrub damage. The limbs were put into a wood mulcher and the larger wood pieces were loaded into a trailer. Afterward, the men thoroughly cleaned up the wood chips and blew off the driveway. I have used this company before and they have always done an excellent job.

Very knowledgeable about trees and very professional from the estimate to finishing the job. Cleaned up after finished and left the yard as clean as they found it. They showed up when they were suppose to and completed the job in a timely manner.

Overall, I was very happy with this company. The crew was very friendly and professional about there work. After they were finished they cleaned up after themselves nicely. They were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Robertson's is a wonderful company. They are friendly and reliable. They know their trees and are highly knowledgeable. They really made us feel like valued customers and we greatly appreciated the advice they gave us on our oak tree.

I wasn't there, but I assume it went well. He didn't have a bucket or a cherry picker and he had to climb the trees, and he was there about 1/2 a day.

They have done a great job and were very professional and safety aware. Their trucks couldn t get to our back yard, so with most of the work they had to climb and trim everything down. We felt they had gone above and beyond the call of duty. They had a very clean and friendly staff and if others needed their service we would highly recommend them.

I was happy with the services I received from Robertson s. They got the trees down perfectly and I have no complaints. They did not leave any kind of mess lying around the yard at all. I would gladly hire them again. The only thing is I cannot remember an exact price for this service. I do not remember it being to outrageous, so I will not complain.
