We have an older home with old plumbing. Our tub faucet would not shut off. Fred came on a Saturday morning to fix it. Parts were difficult to find so he had to drive to a special supply store and locate items that would fix the problem. He found a problem that another plumber had missed. Fred returned our call immediately and arrived at our house at the agreed upon time. He was also courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Fred.

The contractor showed up in old truck that leaked oil on my driveway, he tried to charge me for a whole roll of gas line when I only used ten feet. Not professional at all. Would not recommend him to anyone.

The fee that Home Advisor charges the serviceman is passed on to the customer. However, Fred Howard was prompt courteous, did an excellent job in a speedy manner and cleaned up after himself. He even removed his work shoes so he wouldn't track stuff into my house. Very Impressed!

Excessively over charged on labor of $180.00 for less than an hours work. Spent 20 to 30 minutes on the cellphone and charge me his time in doing so. Also charged me for the cost of Home Advisor fees and stated that IF I were to call on him again, he would deduct the $20 dollar fee. I will not hire this person ever again. Hire him at your own risk! Not my idea of a "Professional" in the least.
