My overall experience with them was not good. The made promises which they didn't keep. The told they would put the unit in on a Monday and it wasn't in on that day. They were to come on Tuesday or Wednesday. Their technicians were not available so they finally show up on Thursday. They put the unit in. My bigger problem was they didn't do it right. Later on, when I had new contract technicians come in, they had to fix a whole bunch of stuff. They handed me a bill of $4500 to $4700. I asked them to itemize it as cost of unit and labor, they said they don't do that. When I asked to ballpark it for me, they said $1500 all for labor. The guy put it in one a day. It was $1500 for 6 hours. He said that's what they charge. I said that's a lot. When I inquired about the 10% discount for having a service contract for goods and services, they said they do not give it for new parts and services, but only on repair work. How could they say that? I dropped them. I will not use them in the future.
