+ -1 moreWe originally called another company when our A/C went out, they took 5 days to respond and when they arrived they informed us that one of the parts on our A/C unit was out and someone would get back to us with an estimate. It took another 3 days to hear back from them with the wrong information. We teach class out of our home and have 20 students coming in two days. In a panic we called Keowee Residential who came the same day, obtained the correct part then came back and installed it for us the same day! We knew the part had to be replaced as we'd been nursing it for some time. A big thanks to James Lusk who saved our class this weekend! We will be calling Keowee Residential for all our future A/C needs!
Description of Work: Came out and checked our A/C unit, called us back to discuss the part in question, picked up the part, delivered and installed/tested system.
