He is very kind and respectful and so above capable to perform excellent service.,His work ethic and service are not the norm these daysâ ¦ He rises above and beyond. Dave was awesome! He called within minutes of posting my water heater issue, quoted me a price no other company could come close to, let alone beat, and was at my home within an hour of speaking to him. He is super organized and was very respectful of my home and not creating any messes for me. He was not bothered by my yappy little dog either. He replaced the water heater and hauled out the old one in about an hour, while others warned of needing 3 to 4 hours for the same work. He was the epitome of professionalism, and a kind, friendly person to boot. I highly recommend his services.

The work was completed exactly as explained within a shortest time (We discussed the work in the afternoon and the installation work completed in the morning right on time as it was promised!). Dave was professional and efficient, and he was also funny (a major plus). The work he did was top notch, he got it done quickly, and the pricing was reasonable. He also came to me pretty quickly: I put in the bid on Angi at 9:30 and he was at my house at 10. My water heater was fixed by 10:45. The invoice process was painless, and he even gave me a bit of free advice about another project I need to get done. I'm extremely pleased with how things turned out, and had I known it would be this easy, I would've called sooner.
