They were very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and scheduled the job quickly. I had my roof and gutters replaced in one day (back in Oct 2019). When I initially received the invoice, it was not what they had verbally quoted me. When I questioned it, they apologized for the mistake and corrected it. Some time after the installation, I had some issues with the drainage on the new gutters (overflowing, water hitting the house). It took a few contacts before they came out and take a look. But, once they did, the issues were corrected within the next few days. I was very happy with the work on the roof itself and the pricing was reasonable.

CPR got back to me literally within minutes of inquiring about my roof. Jennifer is super knowledgeable and professional.

This company recently, July 2020, replaced my entire roof at my home in Keowee Key. Art, their company rep, worked with me to meet the cost of the roof quoted by my insurance and helped explain how the insurance process worked. They did a great job and the product used is top quality-not the cheaper brands from local big box stores. I am extremely pleased with this work and would certainly recommend them for this type of project.

My neighbors used CPR for their roof replacement, so I knew about their quality workmanship. I got a quote from another quality roofer and the price was right in line with what they charges. Art and CPR were very professional. We needed a roof replacement and although I was out of town, they made it happen.They secured the permit through our HOA and the work was done quickly after approval. The crew did a great job and the clean-up was thorough. Like my neighbors, I had a great experience and would recommend them to everyone!

Having to call a roofer is never a good situation, but Certified makes the process as smooth as possible. They come when they say they will and do a great job when they get there. I highly recommend them when you need a new roof or even minor repairs.

This was a small area to replace so it took about a 1/2 day. Very efficient and thorough. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I would hire them again.
