This was our first contact with this company, and it was only to check our eight year old heat pump to head off any potential problems. We were impressed that they showed up on time, we're very honest with the evaluation, did not try to sell us anything, reported no particular problems, infomed us of the average life of our equipment and pointed out that our supplemental heat strips were not being utilized by our replacement thermostat that was installed by our home security company. Interestingly, he was the first service person to point this out.

Woke up to a house with no heat and kids in the house. They arrived within an hour of my initial phone call, and were able to inspect the furnace. Our system was the original for the house, and was shot. They were able to install a new furnace the next day (before our snowstorm), and then came back on Tuesday to install the new A/C compressor and thermostat. They were clean and courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently. Our furnace is in the attic and it was not easy to get in and out. I will have them back in the spring to service the A/C. I highly recommend Steve and the crew at P & W HVAC Service for your heating and cooling needs.

They were able to really explain what caused the problem, and what parts they used to fix our unit. Very trustworthy, and I'll be calling them to service my A/C when spring comes.

Great overall. I couldn't believe he was able to get out to our lake house in about an hour on a Saturday! Very polite, honest and professional.

The response for service was very quick. Steven called me within minutes of submitting my request and came out within hours. He found my problem, fixed it and cleaned the unit quickly. I have an older heat pump, which he know all about, made some recommendations and gave me an estimate on a new one. Will definite call him again for service and recommend him to others.

Awesome person. I have never met a HVAC company/person so flexible. Almost every review I read mentioned "honest." They are telling the truth--Steve is a very honest person. Showed up when he said he would. Knew my problem just from the description over the phone! He didn't try to BS me. He didn't tell me I can't give you an ETA. He gave me a time and he showed up on time and was very professional. I definitely recommend!
