We had a last minute request because of closing date of our new condo. We had stored furniture in 2 storage units and 2 condos. They made all 4 stops and loaded furniture without any problems. Their attitude was friendly, helpful, and pleasant...actually a joy to work with. Exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend.

These movers were far from professional. They damaged some of our furniture, insulted my wife, and threatened to take the furniture on the truck if they were not paid halfway through unloading. I will not recommend them to anyone.

We were moving out one day and in the next but had to delay for another day due to a closing problem. They were very gracious about this delay and holding our furniture another night. The crew was great, polite, professional, organized and always asking how we would like something done before just doing it. We have moved 11 times and Move Myrtle Beach has been the best movers of all our moves.

Even though I booked them at the last minute, they were still able to make accommodations and help me with my move! Joel was really helpful and I appreciate his clear communication during this stressful move. The three men who helped with my move were polite and extremely hardworking. They even helped me pack some last minute things I had forgotten about. I couldn't have asked for a better company to help out!

They were punctual,professional, and neat. There work was completed much quicker than I expected. This was done in a manner that reflected there knowledge of the way items should be packed to prevent any damage in route to the new residence. I would hire them again.

They could not packed the truck correctly, we used the same truck, but somehow they could not fit it in. Took several breaks, said they would take off the time, but did not. Had to help them unpack, otherwise more time.

I really wish that I had a good experience with this company because it would have been great to have a mover in the future but my experience was horrible and the owner doesn't seem to care! I was sent 2 movers(paid hourly) and was told that everything would be wrapped and taken care of. My initial complaint was that one of the movers had no interest in being there and mostly hung out on the truck....He said he doesn't do stairs and was only moving things that needed 2 people. I was under the impression that he was wrapping the items on the truck but since several of my items were damaged that was not the case, he was draping blankets over them. I was very upset to open my Christmas ornaments and find that all of my grandmothers ornaments were ruined(they were bubble wrapped and packaged before being put into a tote and packed with newspaper). I contacted the owner about the situation and he didn't seem concerned at all about my experience. The bill was excessive for the service that I received and I wouldn't recommend this company!
