They were excellent to deal with. My only complaint was that they didn't have tarps to put down on the carpeting that they had to cross, so I had to find old sheets to put down.

Prompt, friendly response from owner. Two pleasant servicemen arrived and solved the toilet drain clog problem with an auger. I did not expect the cost to be what it was - but I am also not knowledgeable about costs for such services. Bill for labor and an hour's time. Perhaps owner should consider half hour rates.
