Comment: The clog was cleared to my satisfaction. I also had a leak per the water company which I also included in my service request. Jason walked around the house inside and out and said he couldn't find the leak and that all the galvanized pipes needed to be replaced and they would call with a quote either Friday or Monday. I finally called them back on Tuesday and had to wait for another callback Tuesday. Last summer I called to have the exterior spigot replaced because it was spraying water everywhere. When they tried to make the repairs, the pipes in ground crumbled from rust, so they replaced the main water line coming into the house . When the reported that the work was finished, I asked where the spigot was. The went back into the line and put in a copper pipe and spigot in the middle of the flower bed that was not supported. Sometime during the summer when I was using the waterhose the fitting to the spigot split and started leaking into the ground. The leak was found by another plumber that I called before spending $3,600 to replace the pipes. I spoke to the owner and let him know that I was not happy with Jason's not even taking time to look for the leak. I ended up spending $349.00 to repair a leak they should have found and repaired due to their work last time
