The callback from the initial on-line contact was nearly immediate and a quick appointment made. The young man that came, Jon, was prompt, pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He correctly assessed the problem and enacted the fix without trying to 'talk-up' the job. All has been well since. I'd readily call again!
