I was pleasantly surprised at JMJ's r quick response. They arrived within an hour, identified the problem with my shower and promptly put in a new valve. They were neat, thorough and knew just what they were doing. If I ever have a plumbing issue of any type again, I will call them immediately. A good plumber is worth his weight in gold as I have told my friends.
