Two young men (business family members) showed up as scheduled to diagnose and give an estimate for a leak around my kitchen sink drain. The estimate was fair and because it was a small job, they offered to do the job while they were there. I agreed so they set to work with confidence and had it completed within an hour. I was delighted to have it fixed so quickly and correctly. It was obvious that these two young men enjoyed their work. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Too expensive, failed to disclose the trip charge to Georgetown on top of their service charge !

I have a manufactured home and the electric service needed to be upgraded for the requested water heater contrary to the estimators opinion. Not a big deal but I had to wait an additional day for the electric work to be completed.

Owner called about 15 seconds after I clicked "Quote" and had 2 men here in an hour. Both guys were courteous and clean. Fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. Price was slightly more than half what DS estimate and did not try to sell me annual contract nor work that I did not need to have done/

Nice guys, but made a huge mess in my house. Did not clean up after they were done the way they should have. I feel like i paid a lot for them to snake my line. I paid $350 because i did not have a clean out instead of $250. It was an easy job but the mess i had to spend 35-40 minutes after they left just to get my bathroom cleaned. When you spend that much money, i expect my bathroom to be back to what my bathroom was before they came over. They were not 100% that it was going to fix my issue due to the snake machine breaking during the procedure so i just hope this is all set and it is fixed. On time and prompt but hard to recommend to someone else due to the mess afterwards.
