I had scheduled the installation of a water line for my new refrigerator's ice maker with a different plumber 10 days in advance of the delivery date of my refrigerator. They missed 3 appointment with not so much as a phone call. When they still had not come the day before delivery the Home Advisor rep referred me to JMJ Plumbing. That was at 4:15pm the day before delivery. The office of JMJ called me right away and the plumber called back within an hour. I explained my situation and he said he would get into the office at 8:00 the next morning and get someone to my home the following day as early as possible. The plumber Brian knocked at my door at 8:28am. He looked at the job and gave me a price up front. He had to go get a part and still was finished with the job by 9:15. No fuss, no leaks, no mess and the price was actually a couple of dollars less than the first plumber had "estimated" without seeing the job.
