Our hot water heater went out on a Tuesday night about 9:30pm. The next morning I went to the Home Adviser website about 9am just to take a look at what companies were advised. By 10:30am the same morning Provident Plumbing called me! By 3pm that same day, Provident had come out to our home, given us an estimate and scheduled the installation of a new tank-less hot water heater for the next day. The next morning at 9am sharp Provident was out installing our new water heater. By the end of the day Provident still about 2 more hours of work to complete the job, but we had hot water again! We didn't have to go not one day without taking a shower! Although we had hot water, Provident didn't ask for payment until the job was complete. Two reasons Provident wasn't able to finish the job the same day was because 1) we had a slight delay as we had to wait for our local gas company to come and do their gas check off list for the new water heater and 2) we ran out of daylight. By 10am the following day, job was complete. Thank you so very much. Great everything!

Hired this company to replace a pressure valve. They explained the function and cost of the project. The service was performed immediately. Called the company to return and adjust the pressure. They returned and adjusted at no cost. Will definitely call again for next project.

the people at provident plumbing were dependable, courteous, professional, and bent over backwards to install my water heater. i was without hot water for 3 days. they came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and stayed into the night to make sure i had hot water that day. i couldn't be more pleased with the experience. and i highly recommend them. i wish i could give provident plumbing 6 stars.

I was quoted a $600 cost to replace the o ring/washer assembly on 3 faucets. Negotiated to do one for $200. Very pricey considering the part cost is $25-$35 per faucet.

The work was done on a condo that I own but lease to a tenant so I did not personally see the work done so I'm giving a 4 rating. The tenant claims everything works really well. Customer service was excellent. I felt the job was pricey but then again I don't know plumbing prices. Based on the customer service I would hire again.

This was the first time that I used home advisor company called as soon as I finished putting information in system. Very respectable and good company came out right away and fixed issue within 5 mins even gave a list of different things that I can check to keep house up to date.
