Paul was our estimator and he was through and personable and patient as he explained the products he had available. When the crew of 2 came to install; they arrived at the 8:30am hour promised and were done by about 3pm. The started in my office so I could do the teleconference work I needed to do. They went around the house, both first and second floor, removing the old windows and installing the new. The flashing and caulking completed the job. Looks sharp from the street.

The salesperson provided incorrect information and was late on both visits. He decided not to provide a courtesy call on his second visit and was approximately 20 minutes late. The measurer came and stated he could not perform the work quoted by the saleperson. The salesperson kept preaching about their "superior service" but I was given wrong information and wasted a total of 3 hours from work with this experience. Will not recommend this company to my friends and family due to poor customer service.

Arrived at 7:30 a.m. the first day. They immediately began to remove old windows after setting up their equipment on the lawn. Each member of the crew addressed different windows, often having to chisel out the old window casements that hailed from the early 1940's. The crew worked through the lunch hour and finished "setting in" the new windows on the first day. They returned the second day to finish encapsulating the exterior trim around the windows. They removed the old windows from the property and cleaned up as they proceeded with installation. They were very professional, competent and quiet in their conversations with each other (i.e., no hollering, loud bickering, or cursing). They assisted each other as needed, but there was no standing around.

All work was performed exactly as promised. I contacted Paul Brown(area Service Manager) to set up an appointment for estimates and measurements. Paul arrived exactly when agreed upon, took measurements, demonstrated various products and wrote an estimate. We were pleased with the product and price and agreed on an approximate manufacturing completion time frame. The windows were manufactured almost exactly as estimated and we received a call to set up a date and time to install windows. The installers arrived precisely when scheduled and the entire job was completed in approx. 2 hours. When the installers left everything was clean and vacuumed inside and out. We were very pleased with the product and professionalism from start to finish. We will be purchasing more windows in the future and will definitely have Taylors Window and Screen do the work!.

We had a short time framwe for completion. All arrangements were made ahead of time and completed on specified date.

I think I explained everything in the above box. There were no donts and all dos. Taylors is a very professional company and we will be calling them again.

Salesman sold us on the quality of the windows, but ultimately went with them because he sold us on the service of the installation. the price for the windows and installed were average, but could have been a little more competitive. They sell on the fact that they manufacture the windows. They installed the windows from the outside, ultimately not messing with trim on the inside and replacing the outdoor trim with pre-painted trim that matched some other parts of the house, which was an added benefit for us. I don't know anything about window installation, but I question whether there was enough insulation or caulk used between the window and the studs of the framing of the walls. I want to do a heat test in the winter to see how much heat is lost from around the window. That will tell me more about the quality of the installation. When the windows were put in, I observes relatively large spaces (maybe as big as 1/4 ") between the windows and framing, and also some of the foam pieces move around and not seem in place. Like I said, not an expert and winter will tell. Grading with B's soley because unsure of the installation quality and because it took a very long time for the windows to be made and installed (months). Wasn't a time constraint so that didn't matter, and I'm sure if our previous windows were standard sizes this wouldn't have been an issue. Regarding the windows - we love them and are ecstatic to loose the 60 year old windows. One thing to note - salesman quoted a lifetime window break warranty for any reason. HD and Lowe's stated all windows generally have this. When we got the warranty window information after they were installed, the warranty made no mention of the glass break coverage. Never called to ask, so be sure to inquire...

Besides having our appointment rescheduled a couple of times, it went well overall.

From beginning-sales/estimate call-thru the construction/installation the process went very well. The appointment time was kept and the time to install windows was on time. The personnel with this company all get high marks for good work and being very professional both with the work and behavior on the job. I look forward to many years of enjoyment with the new sunroom and plan to use them again in the future for replacing vinyl siding on this home.

first rate. Quality all the way. The sales presentation is a little long but very thorough and you really do learn a lot. There was no pressure or gimmicks -- very straight forward, educational approach. Everything was done as planned. Clean up was great. The installers were also professional. The windows are beautiful and the house is So much warmer now. This is the best remodel we have done on this old house and worth every penny. These windows are seriously 1000 times better than what you get at the big box stores. We have had new windows before on other houses and really, there is just no comparison.

The salesman Knew his product and after demo'ing the window, gave us a price very promptly. He came over within 48 hours of my first call to look at the job. I had quotes from 3 companies and was most impressed with Taylors. They were not the cheapest. It took several weeks after signing to install but we knew that it would. They were exactly as promised. I has a question about the construction and was able to get one of their shop guys on the phone to ask it. They crew showed up as scheduled, They followed my instructions and were finished in about 6 hours. The windows and frame wrap look very nice. We are very pleased with the job they did. The cleaned everything up and did not damage the landscaping or anything in the house. Now we'll see how much we save in energy costs!

They came out and gave and estimate that was fair---not the highest, but not the lowest either. I like their windows and their sales pitch was very low key. The installation crew was on time and did a good job installing about 13 windows in a day. Clean up was pretty good but could have done a little better in the yard. Overall it was a fairly painless experience and the windows look great!

They did exactly what they said they would do. They came out, showed me their products, gave me a very fair price, put the windows in and cleaned up the mess. I will use them again in the future.

I had to wait for a long time for the quote and when I received it, the quotation was much higher than what I anticipated. They were good with professionalism, but punctuality was terrible. They try to sell you a product and services, which is 40% more than the others, if you shop around. They also tell you that their products are different from others, etc., which is not the case. I will not use their services in future.

They are outstanding. They did an excellent job. The windows are of very high quality. There was no pressure from them. When they come in, they talk with me reasonably. They tell me what they have based on what I tell them that I want. After that, they tell me what they recommend. They have a quality product that kind of sells itself. The representative was totally knowledgeable about his product, so any questions I have they can answer immediately. They are prepared to do the measuring and everything I need right away, but they don’t push me to make the decision immediately.

They were great. The windows were built to fit the openings, not just stock windows pulled off the shelves at the hardware store. They are probably the best upgrade I have made to my house in 12 years. The crew was very professional, and their work was meticulous. The price was 1/3 of the other bids I had received, but a lower price does not mean less service in this case. Hurricane windows at this price...what a great Company. Liked them so much, I had my sisters house done as well.

We are very happy and they were very informative about the work they were going to do. There was one window that I had a problem with and they came back and fixed it in a timely manner. I will use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job. I had no problems at all and the only thing I didn't like was their price. Their price is quite high but the product is one of the best products out there. I guess it's what you pay for. They sent a crew out here that did all the work in one day. They finished it in one day and masked off everything so that there isn't any dust or any problems. They did a really good job sealing the windows and accommodating an older house because the wood expands and shrinks. They put in everything so that windows filled well. They cleaned up pretty good but they did leave a little debris in the back bedrooms and I can't complain because they made a pretty big mess. Three of the windows were the wrong size. The salesman had recorded the wrong size and the measurement treatment that they deserved. They went back to the shop that day and borrowed from an order that was to be installed later in the week to get my windows for me that day. I really appreciate that and to finish up in one day. By the fall I will be able to put in four more because the price is pretty high.

They were good people. They were easy to work with. They were very professional. They provided me with samples that I asked for. Their estimates were good. They were slow. I actually ended up calling them three times. Finally the sales manager came out. He was a great guy and easy to work with. I would recommend them. I have plans of using them. I would use them in the future.

We had a 5,000 sq ft home completely sided with all gables, vents, soffits, facia and doors fully wrapped. For those looking at estimates, the siding amounted to 44 Squares of material. The crew, managed by Russell who also was the lead installer, did a phenomenal job! Every square inch was installed perfectly and beautifully. Some of the soffits required carpentry and repair which was done right. This was in 90 degree + heat! I could not recommend this company and crew any higher.The experience was outstanding.

The job went well. They were on time. I left for lunch and returned about the time they were finishing up with the installation. All they really told me about the window was not to let the blinds hit the caulking for a day or so, i honestly can't remember how long he actually said. They didn't show me the functions of the window or tell me anything about the window. They just installed it.
