They completed the job as promised. Great customer service. Very friendly and trustworthy. Will definitely use them again. The only negative was the holes drilled in our foundation for the pipes could have been done better.

There was a delay in completing the job due to a problem with the shipping company. Plumbing in Pink came through and finished the job to our satisfaction as soon as the needed part was received.

Hired Plumbing in Pink on Thursday Oct 10, 2019 to repair 2 loose toilets and to unclogged a Faucet aerator. The repair person removed both toilets from the foundation of the floor. After the inspection was completed. they provided us a cost estimate. It was found that both toilet flanges were broken. We were charged $225 to fix one of the toilets however he indicated that he was not able to fix the first floor toilet because he said he did not have the right size flange after trying 2 other sizes. Ken then told us he would come back on Tuesday October 15 at 2 PM with the another flange to fix the toilet. On Tuesday at 12:15, I received a call from Ken indicating that he will not be able to make it to the scheduled appointment and That the owner would come on Wednesday at 3 o?clock to fix the toilet. Today is Wednesday at 3:45pm, no one from plumbing in Pink ever showed or called for the scheduled appointment today. Now I have an unusable toilet sitting in the middle of my bathroom because of incomplete repairs and service which is very frustrating. This is the worst !!!!!! and most unprofessional company I?ve ever dealt with. Never will I use Plumbing in pink again. I do not recommend this company.

Not impressed: Overpriced and careless While their estimate suggested that repairs would require two plumbers to work a day or more, they did the repair in about 3 1/2 hours, but still charged the full amount, more than $1300 for what amounted to a very basic, simple repair. That makes for an hourly rate of . $200 per person. Additionally, instead of the original suggestion by Quinton that they would put a few small holes in one wall) they busted out major portions of two walls and one ceiling. At least one of those holes was totally unnecessary: since they leave the fixing of busted walls to the customer, they do not seem to give a rats as about destroying walls.

This was first time using Home Advisor and it won’t be my last.

Mr. Rusty is great at assuring his team work well done while Greg and Rick work day and night to ensure that they meet their deadline. I love that they clean up after themselves every day.
