Plumbing in Pink

They were Great, Rusty was very respectful and sweet, he has wonderful, well mannered friendly people working with him, Rusty is a very sweet hometown person always smiling and sweet, and I love the pink ducks he gives out he gave 4 of my granddaughters one. Thank you Rusty and Staff, will be call you back to do more work.

I found Plumbers in Pink on Home Advisor. I needed to have a leak repaired on the main water line to my house. It needed to be done asap. I could not be at the residence to meet the plumber for the repair so it all had to be done long distance. PIP came as promised and made the repair which has held up. PIP had to travel a fairly long distance to complete the work. My only concern is that the job was not complicated but cost about twice as much as I had expected. I was in a bind though and PIP did come through for me.

We have used Rusty for past plumbing repairs and found his work to be excellent. Last week as a result of the bad thunderstorms our well was hit by lightning. We were in a "no water" situation and we were caring for our 2 young grandchildren. Despite being fully booked ; he worked us into his schedule after hours to diagnose the problem - which necessitaed a 2 hour round trip drive. He and the other owner of the company came back on Sunday and worked until 9 PM replacing the piping, wiring and pump to our 600 foot well. He was courteous and respectful when "supervised" by very curious grandchildren and was unwilling to leave until we were completely satisfied with our new well install. We would recommend him for anything plumbing. We can not thank Rusty and his crew as a whole enough for their willingness to help a customer in need while exhibiting a professionalism rarely found in today's trades.

Hired them to update my bathroom rough-in value and trim. While on premises we discovered one water heater had a leak, the other had been improperly installed (four years prior -- thanks AHS). Now I how two new water heaters and SS bathroom fixtures. Arrived promptly for the job, and Reggie was great. Made sure everything was right. Thanks.

Rusty and Amanda came out to take care of a plumbing issue I had - UNBELIEVABLE Customer Service! Prompt, very polite and the best news is they fixed an issue I could not! Awesome Awesome Awesome!!!

It was a little expensive but worth it. They were well mannered and offered a two year warranty. They were all yes madam and no madam.

I am very pleased with the fantastic job done by PIP, Rusty took good care of us . The job was started on time and finished on time with no hiccups.
