Description of Work: I called and left a message requesting a visit to provide a quote for a wrought iron railing and stair rails for my front porch. Left voice mail.

Description of Work: I asked them to provide a price for fence repairs. When he arrived it was raining and he said he would wait in his truck. After a few minutes he just drove off and never contacted me again.

Description of Work: They installed fencing along the two sides of my property and installed gates on each side. The work was done quickly and they resolved an issue that arose due to neighbor's sprinkler line that was hit because it was on my side of the property line and completed the work efficiently and without complaint. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They re-did part of the fence in our back yard. We wanted to put up nicer aluminum fencing at the sides of the house where the fencing faces the street. We also changed a section of chain link to make it taller. They did a great job!

Description of Work: Two sections of my chain link fence were damaged during the ice/wind storms of Feb. 2015 by falling tree limbs. It took some time to get the tree removal company on site, but eventually they fit me into their schedule and removed the fallen limbs from the fence line. I contacted Pioneer Fence to schedule an appointment for the fence repair, but ran into the same problem- they were booked solid because of the same storms. However, they did call me back in April and we scheduled the work for May 1st. In less than an hour, the bent top rails of the fence were replaced and the fence fabric was secured to the rails and posts.

Description of Work: I had them go to my son's home (I live in another state and used A L to find a fence contractor)to look at a gate/fence repair. The first contact was right before Christmas and he told me to call back after the Holidays and to be prepared that they were several weeks behind. I called the week of Jan 5 and we made arrangements for him to come and estimate cost and for the dogs to be in the house that day. He (Alex) called me back after he had been there and gave me 3 prices- 1 to fix just the gate back up 2- to even the gate and fence with the gate repair and 3- to replace the gate and hardware. I thought his $$ were high ($350 for just getting the gate back up on hinges) and then increasing by $200 increments for the "extra" work. I consulted with my contractor here who said for him to do the job would be about $100 and to replace the whole fence and take out the gate altogether- $500. Totally new fence! Plus Alex seemed really not that interested in doing such a "small"job and kept pushing the availability time back by weeks. I felt it was all too much bother for him. I texted shim the next day and told him I decided to go another way. I actually called the landscaper and he is doing the job this week for the price that my contractor said he would charge. He said the same thing- easy job- shouldn't cost near that much. I feel that Pioneer was taking advantage of the fact that I was not there and he could get away with price gouging. I would not recommend them to anyone in Greenville.

Worked us in earlier than anticipated which was great for us. They did a great job and reused materials when possible to keep costs down. Very happy.

Description of Work: We initially sent an internet inquiry to get an estimate to erect a fence in our back yard. After a week of no response we called and the owner apologized and said he had not received the email request. We set an appointment and and he arrived on time..He was very professional and prepared an estimate for us which he called us with about a week later. Unfortunately his estimate was about twice the amount of another one we had from another fence companied recommended by Angie's List so we didn't pursue it any further. We have not yet proceeded to have the fence erected but expect to shortly.

Description of Work: I had Pioneer Fence company install fence around my back porch and patio. They had to order the porduct to my color selection and size of railing and posts that I wanted to be used to match my house brick design and roofing. It took several weeks to get the product in from the manufacturer. They called and came out in one week after the product arrived at their facility. They were careful and thorough, and very courteous and professional in their work. I had to call them back to correct a minor problem that I noticed. They came out within two days and remedied the problem. I would use this company again and I can highly recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: Pioneer Fence of Greenvile tore down a wooden fence and put back up another wooden fence.

Description of Work: I had approximately 200 feet of 4' aluminum fence installed. I asked for two single gates and one double gate. They quoted me three different options(different yard areas) as well as the price of wood vs aluminum. They were polite and thorough in their explanations of the work that would be performed.

Description of Work: Had chain link fence put around my back yard. Installers were very helpful in how best to position gates so that gapping under gates was minimized and still allowed for gates to swing freely. Note: gapping under gates was due to sloping of the ground, not any defect in workmanship or materials! Estimate and installation were done promptly and per schedule.

Description of Work: Pioneer removed an old steel fence and iunstalled a new one around our neighborhood playground.
