World Class Plumbing 2.0, LLC

It went about as bad as it could go! Do not hire this company. My septic system was in dire need of repair to include replacing both baffles, installing a 100ft leach field (in which they destroyed my front yard) and replacing the main sewer line from the house to the tank. Not only were they super expensive ($12K), they took forever to finish (3 weeks) and they also destroyed my irrigation system. They said they would fix it, but they wired it in correctly which blew out the rest of the system. I get that my system, which we acquired in a recent home purchase, was severely neglected for many years, so it needed all that they did, that?s not the issue. The issue is the time it took, the free landscaping disaster and the price they charged to fix it. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else!

I hired this company because they were prompt and efficient. They came to my house, inspected the job parameters, and quoted an install for a tankless water heater that seemed in line with research I'd done. When install came, they "realized" that the electric panel did not meet requirements, increased job costs to install extra panel. I agreed to the additional costs and understood that I would need to hire someone else to repair drywall they needed to remove. After install, the water heater would trip the new circuit breaker at least once per week. Plumber came back to upgrade the breakers they installed. I contacted a licensed contractor to replace the drywall - the new company refused to drywall over the wiring because the new electric panel was installed wrong, and it would be dangerous to drywall over it. I contacted World Class Plumbing who disagreed with the assessment, but told me they would correct anything a licensed electrician told me needed corrected. I contacted a licensed electrician to verify the information - among other things, World Class Plumbing installed an exterior electric panel for my interior utility room and the wires cross over the exterior of the wall studs. I have contacted World Class Plumbing multiple times and have forwarded the report to them and World Class Plumbing has yet to return any of my contacts with their company. Please DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Responded quickly & negotiated price fairly. However, initial install was not clean - World Class Plumbing did honor their work &; came back to fix, but we still needed to clean up after them after their 2nd trip.

Responded quickly to an emergency plumbing issue. Fixed the problem and corrected errors made by previous installer. Friendly team who explained everything fully before starting the work. The pricing seemed a little high but the quality was good.

My tankless water heater stopped working and World Class Plumbers were at my house within the hour of my call and resolved the issue within 24 hours. They were upfront about pricing, showed up when they said they would and for the job done for a reasonable amount. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Very customer friendly and explained in detail what was going on. I used homeadvisor and I can't begin to tell you how well that worked out. From the time I put in the info to homeadvisor to when a plumber (JIM) was less than an hour. Jim was awesome and took care of everything and questions/concerns that I had. I called the office and talked to Amy. I was at work and wondering if they were at my house working, Amy said she would find out and call me back. She did. Awesome customer service. I would not hesitate to hire them again

A+. I put in for service through Homeadvisor and they called me within minutes.

Every are that they did was crewed up. Much of it may have to be re-done. Toilet is even leaking.

Jim was great! He worked hard to solve any issues that came up with working on a 75 year old house. I have a completely replumbed house and a tankless hot water heater no more slab plumbing for me! He was easy to contact and very professional.

I do not often write reviews, but I wanted to warn you about this company. We chose them to find a water leak on the recommendation of HomeAdvisor. As a lawyer, I am always wary of a company that has flat-rate pricing with not to exceed language that protects them but never you. In this case, they agreed to find the water leak for $250 so long as the time to find it did not exceed 90 minutes. We already had tested the toilets, water heaters, and outside faucets so that left checking the crawl space under the house and the area around the water meter. Total time to find the leak: about 2 minutes to open the cover of the water meter where there was water bubbling up. Repair estimate on top of the $250 to find the leak: $1400 plus tax to fix the leak in the meter box ($775) and to remove up to 3 square feet of soil to perform the repair ($625). We declined. A Mount Pleasant Waterworks employee graciously repaired the leak caused by one of their own vehicles at no cost in just over an hour using what they described as a $6 part from Lowe without any soil excavation.

On time, very professional, worked to completion even wita a parts run.
