Overall, the service was excellent. The cost was a little higher than I expected, however, there was other storm damage I could not see from the ground and which they showed me in photos. Even so, it took less than 90 min. for them to complete all the repairs. Their customer service was excellent: they responded initially very quickly and scheduled the work to be done 2 days later. I would hire them again.

Total of 2 hrs to do the work. I provided the shingles. They provided the roof vent fasteners, end caps and roofing nails to replace 15 - 20 shingles. Sealed everything with a sealer. Total bill $875. I'll give in $75 for materials but $400 an hour labor charge??? Had no choice. Big storm coming tomorrow. They knew it. Watch out!

He came out the next day to give estimate and did work the following day, this in the midst of hurricane repairs gone crazy. He also inspected my roof and let me know we did not have to replace it for a few more years, even though it is over 20 yrs old. I will use him when I am ready to do that. Trustworthy
