The price is reasonable. With the two previous tenants in the house, the rental contract was written where no pets were allowed in the house. The home owner was responsible for any type of service call to the house for a repair that was covered under a home owner's warranty. He changed the wording in the lease to suit himself and the new tenant so now they are in the house with a dog. I was now responsible for the service calls to take care of the stuff that was covered under the home warranty. He changed it to make the sale. We are not talking about a little double wide trailer here; we are talking about a $250,000 house. There was extremely poor communication. They were dishonest. He actually did keep the house rented but the person he put in there cost me $4500 when they moved out because they stole my washer and dryer. With regard to price, it is about the industry standard. He was charging about 10% of the rent. I had to obtain an attorney.
Description of Work: Sutton & Sons Realty is the property manager for one of my rental houses. He re-rented one of my houses.
