Great guys to work with!

I distressed over which security system company to go with for a home. I looked at all the majors and some smaller companies: they love to rip off the customers and walk away. I wanted something with the right equipment and price. I've contacted Jamie and his team a few times, tested the system and I have never had a problem getting in touch, very committed company. Even when Jamie go on to live outside the Columbia, South Carolina area. Jamie listened my issues, concerns/answered all my questions AND COORDINATED with his team to help me. In fact, if i ever decide to build my own house. I won't hesitate to contact Jamie and his team to pre-wire the security system of my dream house.

They did a nice job, the only reason why not given 5 stars is because they didn't set up the online viewing.

BBB highly impressed with this company as am I. From the first meeting to the installation, just very professional plus did outstanding work. Arrived on time. Jamie is very knowledgeable and very patient in answering all my questions and very skilled in placing the cameras where needed and would give the best surveillance. Even did a follow up after the work was done to be sure I am happy with the system and to see if I have any questions regarding the equipment's operation. Very careful of my property and both installers (Jamie and Lance) were absolute gentlemen and very skilled. One of the best group of workers I've ever hired. Highly recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation. I'm extremely pleased so far with the operation of the cameras and very pleased with this business and the way it operates and treats its customers.

They installed our security system in our home, and then took the time help me set up some cool features on the computer and helped me with the app on my phone. The owner gave me his personal cell number and told me to call him if I had any more questions. So nice dealing with a local small business. Their customer service is above and beyond.

100% happy customer. They installed a 5-camera outdoor video surveillance system in my front and back yards. The product and service, and professionalism were stellar. Icing on the cake is that they are a local family-owned company and not a national behemoth. They are part of our community and they take immense pride in the quality of their work. They installed a multi camera outdoor video surveillance system on my home. Their price was quite reasonable compared to other bids. The professionalism of the install team was great. They knew what they were doing and were in/out in the estimated time and were quite neat; you would not know they were there after they left. They gave a very detailed explanation/demo of the system. I would not hesitate recommending them.
