Searl Tech Appliance Repair

We called this company early in the morning because our diswasher had broken the night before. They said that they could have a repairman come to our house between 9-12:00. So my husband waited for them, but they never showed At 12:20 he called them and they said that they would call back. The repair man did call back and said he was running late (duh), and would be there by 1:30. At 2:15 my husband was still waiting so he called another company and canceled this one. He canceled the appointment, and the repair man called again at 3:15 to tell him that he was still running late (so the dispatch operator must not have bothered to call him to cancel our call). My husband told him at that time to not bother, that we did not want to do business with him ever. The company appears to be very incompetent in its response and communication. We can only imagine how good a repair by them would be.
