When I called him, he answered all my questions about fees and gave an average range for what it might cost, which I appreciated. There was a musty smell coming from the back of my refrigerator. He located the drip pan which was behind the back panel and hard to get to. He cleaned it out and put a little bleach/water instead of removing it, which would have been an ordeal and cost more. He promised to come back and do it again if necessary. Or if problem persisted he would come and change the drip pan. It’s been 2 days, and the smell is gone. We really appreciated his professionalism, honesty and pleasant demeanor. If you need an appliance repair, don’t hesitate to hire this guy! I believe you will be happy with his service.
