Found other issues with the appliance repair and fixed it quickly without overcharging me.

My home is under contract to sell and I needed the oven repaired. The repairman responded quickly but was unable to fix it due to the ovens age and lack of availability of parts - even through an internet search. This let me move quickly on to plan B.

On time and had repairs done with all working well

He just did the work today, so it's hard to give a review this quickly. He arrived before the appoitment, which was good for me. He was very polite and appeared to be very experienced. He completed the repairs and cleaned the area in a very reasonable time.

He was very thorough and even looked at a couple other appliances I was having problems. I would definitely recommend him.

Honest and Upfront

The owner/operator did an excellent job. He came the very next day on a Saturday. His rate was below American Home Shield, etc. He made the repair required promptly and even came back a second time to complete the job. Excellent service.

The refrigerator at a rental property had been making a noise. Better Choice was able to make it out to the property within 24 hours. Of course, the fridge wouldn't make the noise while he was there. I had to pay him the service call fee for his time. Because he didn't really do any work and knew i was still paying him, he warrantied the service call for any appliance repair for six months. You can't beat that.
