Friendly, prompt service.

We called several tree services, the first one showed up 5 hours late and wanted cash, not what we agreed on so I called his boss who told me not to pay him he was steeling from the company. My next question, if you know this guy is a thief why did you send him to my house. This pattern continued with other shady tree services, until, we found Brandon and The Lumberjacks. Brandon and his wife came over, walked the land, quoted a price and said no money upfront, you pay us when we are done and you are happy! First time I have I trusted a company here in SC, new to the south I expected better but not so until the Lumberjacks. First of all we are from Chicago so we are hip to crooked contractors, we do our homework and vet anyone coming to our house and send them packing if they are hacks. The Lumberjacks arrived on time, did a fantastic job cutting 14 trees on our sloping mountain home, careful of our new $20k fence. Brandon the boss right beside the crew working all day, step by step asking what we wanted done. Put your mind at ease, I've done the work for you, these guys are the best, I've read a hundred reviews like you, asked friends ect. these guys are the only tree service you want in your yard. By the way, the day before they arrived at our house they were at the Biltmore Estate cutting trees from the storm, good enough for the Vanderbilt"s home good enough for you.

Brandon Crosby was very professional from the initial estimate to when the work was actually completed. He was timely for all appointments. The crew at Lumberjacks did an excellent job. Brandon also pointed out other trees that were potential hazards while they were out. I am so satisfied that I plan to have Lumberjacks do work on another property.
