They came out and promptly removed the downed tree, but they would not give me a receipt so that I could get reimbursed by my HOA.

Very fast response. Had giant cypress on the house covered in snow. They came in the next day with a large crew and removed all three sections of the monster in only 3 hours. Brandon was very honest and upfront about the damage that would occur to the front lawn. Soft ground and heavy equipment don't mix without a fight. But they were able to keep it to a minimum. I will use them again in the future if the need arises. Thanks Brandon for fast and affordable service.

Contacted Brandon and he came out the next morning to give me a quote. He scheduled the job and the work was done a few days later. The crew was on time and did a very good job. Would definitely recommend them.

They came out and looked over the work sight, gave me a prompt quote and called to set up the time and date of the work. They were prompt and efficient in the work and cleanup. cleanup could have been a little better but overall good.

The Lumberjacks are very good at their jobs. They operate like a well-oiled machine each person knowing what he needs to do and when. It was quite a sight seeing each tree cut, lifted over our home by a 100-ft crane, laid in the street, stripped of its limbs, then cut into 12-15 ft logs. After the work was done the cleanup was thorough. Stump grinding the next day was quick and well-done. Customer service was lacking as relates to the process and our yard. We were not told what to expect with the use of the crane. Limbs on a cherry tree were whacked off to allow the crane cab to turn. The Lumberjack's owner did agree to return later in the year with his arborist to shape it at no cost. We would have preferred more discussion regarding the impact on the plants in the yard. We wound up digging up several to prevent them from being destroyed by the tree removal and stump grinding. Better planning discussions will ensure a more satisfying experience for all concerned.

They do good work, but you’ll need to be patient. It took three weeks from initial contact until the job was done. There were cost overruns as well.

Contacted them by phone on Friday morning and had quote by phone before noon. They came Saturday morning and did the work and everything cleaned up by noon.

I contacted The Lumberjacks after a tree fell on my roof due to hurricane Florence. After selecting them on Home Advisor within hours Brandon called me and was up the next day. He gave me a price and the work was done the following day. His crew was simply great to work with and their clean up far exceeded what I expected. The pricing was in line with what I expected from having trees removed in the past and do to the location of this tree. I would highly recommend them and would use them again when needed.
