Carolina Water Heater was excellent in every way. My water heater stopped working on a Sunday and Tyler came out that day. He diagnosed the problem and scheduled replacement tankless heater for Tuesday. Corey from the roofing company, plus Dan (owner), Drew and James did an excellent job in all regards. They were very informative about use of the new heater as well as future service twice a year. They were immaculate in their work. I am very pleased in all respects with their great and speedy service. I would highly recommend them.

The young man who came to do the work was always on time. My only comment is that he loved to talk after he had done the necessary work so be prepared to talk.

Not only was the cost much lower than other plumbing services in the area but the serviceman arrived on time, explained in detail what he was doing and showed me the process he used to maintain my tankless water heater. In addition he fixed another problem I had with my shower while he was here.

Owner's son inspected plumbing in bathroom thoroughly and found no leaks. He told me a lot about the quality of the plumbing, which I am happy to say is high quality. He was prompt, identified himself upon arrival and tested everything. I highly recommend this company.

Great Service. No muss, no fuss. When he left you would never had known that the water heater was replaced except a clean area and a brand new water heater.

Dan was incredible. Other "bidders" only offered to replace two electric 80 gallon heaters with same. Dan recommended gas tank-less heaters, ran the gas line, and removed old heaters (requiring removal of a door frame!) Cost for the job was about the same as the straight replacement would have been. And, it works great. A family business and everyone was very pleasant.

Professional and on-time. The repair was minor, took a few minutes to fix and no parts or tools were needed (faucet head needed tightening) so I was a little disappointed to have to pay the full hourly rate. Made the most out of the visit though by asking questions about some other stuff, which was helpful!
