Tony promptly arrived when I first called for an estimate. He told me how the project could be accomplished for the least amount of money. We agreed on the spot and shook hands on the deal. Within two weeks, Tony called to tell me he would be here the next day. I could not be home and both called and e-mailed him to tell him that, gave him my cell phone number and location in case he had to gt in touch with me. When I returned home hours later, the gate had been installed, trash removed and a bill was left in my door. I immediately e-mailed OKFence and told him I was entirely happy with the job and would put a check in the mail the next morning...which I did.

Tony delivered as promised. Very happy with his service and craftsmanship. We like his work so much it made a section we were not planning on replacing look so bad, we had to have the section replaced too. I would highly reccomended OK fense to anyone looking for a fense install.

They were really nice and hard working. They were the best price of three people we tried.

OK Fence did a great job. They were clear in all communications with me, measured the site very carefully, and were clear in their proposal. They came on the day scheduled and did the installation in two days. They were very organized and clean, and built around two existing trees in a very exact and secure way. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Ok Fence was great!. I emailed the company and received a response and meeting date immediately. Tony came and took the time to walk my property and offer suggestions of fence types. He talked about the #1 cedar vs the #2 cedar fences as well as the options for vinyl. He was extremely knowledgable about both the installation and fencing. He is not "just a saleman" as many other companies will send. The fence was installed exactly on time by two extremely professional and conscientiuos men. They obviously took a lot of pride in their work and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Their price also was the best of the three I interviewed. I found this company through Angies List. The reviews were true!

Like many folks in our area, we got clobbered after winter storm 'Nemo', with downed trees causing extensive damage, including wiping out our backyard stockade and picket fences. We had decided to replace all the fencing, which included about 100 feet of cedar stockade fencing, 45 feet of picket fence, and three 4-foot wide gates. We got several quotes, and I have to say, the folks at OK Fence not only had the best price of all the ones we received, but previous good reviews that we had read about this company were right 'on the money'. Right from the start, we were impressed when Tony Kinsella, the owner, showed up on time, when he said he would. He listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions and alternatives, and was both professional and personable. He explained that they expertly manufacture the fence sections at their own location. Tony let us know that, due to their backlog of work, it would be a few weeks before they could begin installation. On the first day, the owner came with one of his crews, and they got right to work removing and hauling away the old fence, along with clearing the vegetation from the fence line. Having sized up the job, they told us that it would take about 4 days to complete our project, weather permitting. In spite of the hot weather, these guys worked hard each day to bring the project to completion, right on schedule. The cedar fencing and the scalloped gates look gorgeous! These guys really paid attention to detail, and even made sure that they cleaned up the site when they were finished. All in all, we could not have been happier with the great job that the folks at OK Fence delivered!

The install went great. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was very professional and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Any minor issues were addressed promptly and the finished job turned out exactly as I had hoped, I couldn't be happier!

The quality is excellent. They were punctual and arrived as scheduled. They did the job within the limits of the estimate. The crew was professional and very helpful. The owner showed up in the middle of the job to make sure everything was going smoothly. They were very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend them and they did an excellent job.

It was a very positive professional experience from first conversation, estimate, work process to finish. Men worked hard, were on time, cleaned up after the job, and did a wonderful job. I was so pleased with the service, the courtesy, and what I got for my expense. GREAT JOB !!!!!!!!!

It went great! My husband met with fiver fence companies. We hired OK Fence based on the first meeting with Tony, the owner. He provided us with a good estimate with the understanding that no matter what his team encountered we wouldn't find any additional fees. This was something we were concerned about with any company because our land is full of large rocks, and we had been wary that a low estimate might mean additional costs at the end. They started very close to the date we had agreed on. The whole set up took a couple days over the course of one week. The frames for the gates were custom fabricated to match the pitch of the ground. Everything looked great when they were done, and there was no mess left behind.

Tony came out and looked at the job when he said he would. He gave me a quote which was right in my budget and what I was expecting. We set up a time for the job to be done and Tony's guy showed up punctually on the agreed upon day. He came with everything needed(minus one post cap), pulled out the old fence, including old posts and wove a new section of fence in. As far as the post cap, he apologized and assured me he'd be back asap the following week since the work was being done on a Saturday morning and he was true to his word. Tony's guy, I apologize I forgot his name, was very pleasant and professional. I watched him do the entire job and he had no problem with that; he very nicely answered all my questions. I gave the price a 'Good' only because I think it was a fair price. Not cutting me a special deal but not taking advantage of me either; so the price was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to hire OK Fence again. I don't write reviews right away since I've come to learn that problems sometimes don't arise until well after the job is completed; sometimes a year or more but this is a chain link fence and since it was installed correctly, I expect no problems.

When I started planning for this project back in April, I contacted 5 fencing companies for estimates, one of which was OK Fence. Tony himself answered the phone, set up an appointment to meet with me, and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He listened to what I wanted, offered options, and did not rush me or pressure me in any way. A big concern for me was making sure my dog would be able to go out in the yard while the fence was being installed. He was very understanding of my concerns about my dog, and assured me they would put up a temporary post at the start of the job, to attach my dog's runner to. He then walked around my property, took measurements, and offered suggestions for the placement of gates. I could tell during our meeting that he was experienced, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. As promised, he emailed a written estimate to me the next day, for both a cedar and vinyl fence. After reviewing all the quotes I had gotten, I decided to go with OK Fence, because of the competitive price and the good feeling I had about Tony. He asked for a 50% deposit and told me my job would go on the schedule as soon as the deposit was received. He estimated that, based on their workload, the job would start about 5-6 weeks after getting my deposit. The job started one week after my estimated start date, due to some heavy rains we had gotten. The two man work crew was friendly, professional, and neat. They immediately put up a post for my dog's lead to attach to, so my dog could go out while the yard was open. Early on they encountered a problem with my sprinkler system where one of the posts had to be cemented in the ground. They pointed it out to me and asked me to call my irrigation company because they did not want to damage the system. I made the call, then the two contractors talked to each other and rectified the problem without me having to be involved, which was great. The crew arrived on time and put in a full day's work every day. When the job was completed, the fence looked great and my yard was completely clean. I am thrilled with my new fence and could not have asked for more during the installation process. I would highly recommend OK Fence to others.

Punctual, polite, very clean, asked questions when unclear about something. Could not have asked for a better company! Fence looks better than I ever expected! Tony (the owner) are a top notch fence company!

A dispute occurred with a neighbor when the fence was being installed. As a precaution, I had 2 sections of fence not installed until the dispute was resolved. I paid for the labor and materials for these 2 uninstalled sections. After a few days, the dispute was resolved and I called OK Fence to get the sections installed. They COMPLETLY IGNORED ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. I spent over $6000 on this fence and now I have 2 sections of uninstalled fence sitting in my garage. Also, when the work was completed, the owner had his workers collect the final installment and never inspected the work and never called me afterwards. If you want someone to dig holes, call this company. If you want professionalism, accountability and customer service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Tony responded the same day to an e-mail request. Tony came out the next day to provide a quote, which was very reasonable. While he was here, we shared our concern with him that because the old fence was falling down, our two dogs might be able to get out of the yard. He offered to come to prop up the fence in safe manner until he could install the new fence, which he did early the following week. We then scheduled the installation, only to have a snowstorm hit that necessitated rescheduling the appointment. Tony actively communicated with us throughout the process until the snow finally melted so they could perform the installation. He and his team arrived promptly to do the work and they were very professional and courteous. They did excellent work and we were were impressed with how well they trimmed the bottom of the fence and the gates to the contour of the ground. While they were performing the service, we asked Tony to give us a quote on reinforcing the bottom of our chain link fence. It was very reasonable and they came back the following week to do the work. We are very pleased with the end result and with the experience we had with the OK Fence Company. We will definitely use them for our future needs and have recommended them to our friends.

The entire process went extremely well. Tony came out and did a free estimate at my convenience and then when I was ready to have the job done (we had to wait for the snow to melt) I called him and within a few days the job was complete. I really appreciated the good communication: Tony called me to let me know that he'd be coming on one of two possible days, he then called to confirm the exact day, and then he called after the job was completed to see that I was satisfied. Very professional, punctual, and friendly. I highly recommend OK Fence: I thought that the price for the job was fantastic, and overall I felt very respected as the customer.

Ok Fence installed my original fence 3 years ago. Recently, I had an issue with one post that became loose. I left a message for Tony on a Sunday afternoon to see about his availability to come out and look at my concern. He called the next day and came out to look at it. One post needed replaced mid-fence. He came out the next week to replace the post and he made an adjustment to my gate. Total cost....$32.50. I recommend this company/Tony any chance I get! Great product, great service and he cares about doing the job right!

I was very happy with the service of this company. Tony contacted me via email in less than one day after posting a request for an estimate on Angies List. Tony set up an appointment very quickly to review the damage and had gotten me a written estimate that VERY accurately reflected what we had discussed within another day or so via email. Some supplies were needed that had a lead time of a couple of weeks and that was communicated to me. Once the work was scheduled Tony was really good about communicating to me about the schedule and responding to my questions. Once the work was completed I was really happen to see the quality of the work and I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

They did an amazing job! We got a few quotes from 4 different companies. He was the best priced AND he was able to get us in within 2 weeks. It was perfect for us. I saw other positive reviews for him so I knew we he wasn't cheap or anything. And we were right. Everything is perfect. Our yard looks great and our pups are so happy.

Called and was able to have my estimate right away. Once I sent my deposit in, I was able to have a start date within 2 weeks.

My old fence was falling apart, so I went out looking for bids for a replacement. Tony Kinsella came out for measurements two days after I initially called, and right at the agreed time. He sent me his quote via email that evening, and was the lowest of three bidders-- all from Angie's List. Tony was able to schedule my job 2 weeks from when I ordered. He initially estimated 1-1/2 days to finish the job, but with an extra crew, he finished in less than a day. When he was done, there was no trace of the old fence, and the new fence was beautiful.

Adam and Josh were the two men who performed all of the work on my property. They removed the old fence and installed the new fence with two gates in three days. The work was done in a proffessional and craftsmanship like manner. My husband is retired after 45 years in the electrical construction industry, and he highly praised the work which was performed.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Tony came to measure the yard and emailed an estimate over right away. He told us that the job would be done approximately 3-4 weeks after the order for the fence was placed. My husband and I liked Tony. He was honest and straight-forward. We decided to get a few more estimates before committing. We received a total of 5 estimates. OK Fence Co. gave an estimate that was close to another company we met with, but we decided to go with OK Fence Co. because of the professionalism and customer service we received from them. True to his word, the fence installation was scheduled for a month after we ordered the fence. I was impressed by this because I was certain that the date would be pushed back due to all the rain we had that month. Two gentlemen from OK Fence Co arrived on 5/24/12 to install the posts. They were very polite and professional. They asked questions about the location of the posts and the fence to ensure that the fence would meet our needs (safely keeping in the dog and providing as much privacy as possible from our neighbors). I appreciated that they took the time and effort to address our specific needs instead of just installing the fence according to the estimated measurements. The fence looks wonderful. They did an excellent job of making it look as uniform as possible, which was not all that easy considering my house is on a hill. I also liked the fact that OK Fence Co used stainless steel posts and hardware, so that the fence wouldn't rust over time. Once the fence was installed, the two gentlemen walked us through the yard to show us what they had done to address our problem areas and made sure that we were happy with the fence. My husband doesn't hand out compliments easily, so when he told me how happy he was with the quality of the fence and the top notch service from OK Fence Co., I knew they were the right choice for us. I would definitely hire OK Fence Co. again in the future. One of my neighbors came outside and saw the fence being installed and asked OK Fence Co. if they could come over and provide him with an estimate for a fence on his property. They headed over as soon as they left my house to take measurements. I hope OK Fence Co. installs the neighbors fence. They will not be dissapointed!

I've used the company twice in the past and was leaning to hiring them again but had 3 companies give quotes. OK Fence was the least expensive. The work was completed by the original time estimate given. They did an excellent job and cleaned up. They are professional and easy to work with.
