If I were to grade Luke he would receive A++. He did an amazing job of removing the Asbestos from the pipes in my basement. He starts the day early and works without any breaks for lunch, It was a joy to find someone so committed. His price was fair and everything was clean. I feel so lucky to have found a person like Luke.

Lucas went above and beyond our expectation with the asebestos removal. We anticiaped 35 feet of exposed pipe insulation to be removed. In doing so, Lucas noticed some asbestos left on pipe threads that had been left over the years, and took it upon himself to clean that up as well. Overall, very professional, worked quietly and efficiently, and cleaned up completely when done. Thank you for everything!

Luke and his team are amazing! Amazing attention to detail, super responsive, ultimate professional, and totally willing to tackle any asbestos and demolition project! I can't say it enough, his level of focus, work ethic, and attention to details and cleanliness are amazing! He spent 3 weeks at my home first removing the old asbestos covered boiler pipes. He then tackled removing original 1890 plaster ceilings in my my basement followed by the removal of multiple old boiler rooms. He removed over 20,000 pounds of brick, plaster and cast iron in a 3 week period from the basement and the basement was much more clean after he left then before he started! I highly recommend Luke and his team!

I had a roof leak which lead to needing vermiculite insulation removed. Another company said it was going to be a major rip the ceilings down project. Lucas looked it over said not a problem, 3 days later, 1/2 the price of other the other company and my attic is spotless. Great company, Great Work! AND THEY CAN BE TRUSTED!!!!

Came and looked at asbestos-wrapped pipes in basement and said they were in fine condition and nothing was needed to be done to them at this point; they are safe. Didn't charge me anything for his time!

This company professionally removed the asbestos roof tiles from the roof of my 2 story home. Luke and his worker worked non-stop until the job was done and left the site cleaner then it was before they started. All of this was done at a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with this company and strongly recommend them.
