CAUTION: Read this before you book! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED Installed a new boiler and indirect water tank. TLDR: Constractor offered no warranty, just excuses they were too busy. Cost me thousands to fix his mistake. Story... Any good contractor will do the install, then make sure that everything is running properly, and that you have heated water and everything is working in order with the heating system. right away I could already see that there were red flags and unfortunately I paid heavily for it. First the system wasn't properly purged, the contractor Kyle then blamed me for my wells poor water pressure, when there are ways around poor water pressure. any good contractor would do their homework, and make sure that you purge the system correctly, before leaving, with no corners cut. But that wasn't the case, this led to huge issues later where I was told it could be frozen piping (it wasn't). Further one of the vents was poorly sealed and already broke apart. Again just sloppy sloppy work. I heard another excuse about another review, again blaming the home owner for improper installation of the thermostat. Again poor excuses and laying blame on the owner, with the contractor taking zero responsibility. Laughable to blame a 2 watt drawing Thermostat on poor heating and plumbing installations. So instead of finding what the issue was and say, let us take a look at it, all I got were excuses. More excuses of why he wasn't liable etc. At this point I realized fighting him about this was useless, I clearly am dealing with an unprofessional contractor. Pay the extra money and use someone reputable, don't take a chance on such a big important job for your house.

Fellowship did an amazing job with the install. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and patient. Best experience I’ve had yet with a contractor. Would definitely hire again

It went great. They were so responsive and helpful! After my original project was complete, I reached out about a garbage disposal issue, and instead of charging to come out, they helped me out with it over the phone no charge! Amazing! I would definitely hire again AND recommend for anyone with plumbing needs!

Extremely satisfied, very patient, cleaned up after themselves, and punctual! I'm a senior citizen and I wasn't quite sure how to work the new hand held shower head they just installed. They took the time and explained It. The girl Cheryl in the office was so helpful and patient... when I called in she went step by step through the instructions until I understood them - she had me write them down so I can refer to them in the future. What a company. I cannot say enough good things. I was afraid to call for a plumber as i heard that plumbers are expensive. But they were fair and didn't over charge me as a senior citizen. I just love them. Don't hesitate to call them.

They gave me the knowledge needed to fix the problem. Other plumbers quoted me $450. They asked me one question and I was able to fix it on my own… for FREE. I trust them now to do other work because I know they aren’t just going to try to grab money. They actually want to help.

Very well indeed, Ahhhh HOT water again. From Cheryl (office mgr) being so helpful over the phone to Kyle's punctuality, ability to quickly access and fix issue and general helpfulness, i was thrilled to work with such professionals!!

My buderus system wouldn't stay running when we started it up for the season. We gave fellowship plumbing and mechanical a call and Kyle was super busy but still found the time to help us out. Working with him and his team was seamless from the office to his helpers all went smooth and made a potential nightmare just a dream. Wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future for HVAC or plumbing

I can't say enough good things about Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical. Kyle and his team went about and beyond to help me when I had no heat. My system wasn't enough to heat my whole house, and Kyle gave me different suggestions keeping in mind what I could afford. His whole team bent over and backwards to accommodate my family. I just have to say when I called in and spoke to Cheryl she put me at ease immediately. Don't hesitate to call them for whatever you need!

Kyle is a pleasure to work with. I was very comfortable with him in my home. He brings along “Sunshine” every day in more ways than one. Kyle knows what he is doing , is concerned with his customer’s needs , and asks a fair price. He lives up to the promises that he makes. Plumbers are hard to find and we got really lucky finding Kyle right here on Angi !

First mistake I made was hiring these guys when they showed up in an old Toyota Camry and new unopened tools. They made a mess of my house, stretched the job out over 2 months. The plumbing that they installed was so poorly installed he had to call another senior plumber to correct it. The bath tiles they installed started to Crack shortly after installation. Steve came back to try to fix it but after several more tiles cracked they refused to return my calls. I would not hire these guys to build a bird house.

These guys do phenomenal work. I’ve hired various contractors in the past and I can honestly say that Fellowship is by far the best group of contractors I have worked with. I hired them to install a new boiler system for me and the job went as smooth as it could have possibly gone. Very professional group of guys, that exceeded expectations. I most definitely plan on working with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Kyle and Neo are professional and kind! They saved my house.

We called Fellowship in dire straights in the middle of the night when our heating pipe burst due to freezing temperatures and wind chill. Kyle and Neal arrived on time the following morning and were on top of what needed to be done, it was like plumbing triage and they were able to get right into the walls and diagnose the issue and do what was necessary to get our heat working again. We look forward to the contractor coming to patch things up but glad that they remediated the issue and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

I was looking through Angi to find a trustworthy plumbing and heating service. Kyle contacted me immediately right before I went through the full process on Angi. Our water heater broke in July 31, 2022, he came and installed it for 1,700.00 paid by check. He said I needed to pay an extra $200.00 just because he came on Sunday to install it. He seemed honest and friendly and I did not complain or disagree. When my gas boiler heating system broke down, the pilot was not staying lit. I called Kyle again to fix it. He looked at it, and he sent an electrician from his company called Tom. Tom tried to fix it, but he could not. Even though he couldn't fix it, he still charged $650.00 for his labor and efforts. Tom and Kyle both recommended that the solution was that we needed a new boiler to get heat back. The boiler installation required two payments by check. $3,650 ( including the old bill 650.00) and another $3,000 when job is completed, paid on 10/26/22 and 11/2/22 respectively issued through Webster Bank checks. When they finished work, the heat was overbearing and out of control. We couldn't adjust the heat to comfortable settings. When we called the office, Steven, recommended that we call Tom the electrician and that the thermostats were fine and didn't need to be changed. Meanwhile we still have high heat, we had to wait 2-3 weeks until Christmastime so that Tom could return from vacation. On Christmas day , we had guests from Boston. The heat high about 84. My nephew from Boston agreed to change the living room thermostat to bring the heat down switching the original older model with a Honeywell Home programmable thermostat. That did not work either to bring heat to normal. After Xmas day, I called Steven in the office and explained the situation. Kyle stopped by and he said that he diagnosed that the zone heads are dead because of the thermostat installed by my nephew. He stated that we overloaded the system with 24v power by involving battery powered thermostats. This is his story how the circuitry to the system was burned. He put the blame squarely on us. Kyle also blamed us for "killing the boiler." He then offered to install 3 new zone heads and 3 non programmable thermostats, which we accepted, and charged us for $1,025.00 paid through my son's Capital One credit card on 1/10/23 . After completing the work, we were told the heat would return later on that day, which it did not return at all. A winter storm happened and still the heat DID NOT return. We were forced to use space heaters until he switched the zone heads. I called Steven again. Then Kyle attempted to change the circulating valve and left a big unsealed gap around the chimney vent damper. Kyle then charged us another $300.00 paid by my son's credit card for his labor and still left WITHOUT HEAT and a gap in the seal around the chimney allowing a CO2 to leak. Heat is not back. I texted and called Kyle, with no answer. Steven finally answered and told that he was "tired of my complaints" and "we killed the boiler because of the thermostat installed." He was angry and yelling at us. Then January 12 & 13 2023, we had to hire another plumber, outside of Fellowship company. "Kennedy", the plumber came to our rescue. He visited and described what happened and what was causing the problems. Of course. He stated that the thermostats Kyle installed were not the correct ones to install with this type of system. Kennedy further installed the correct programmable thermostats compatible with this Taco Control Zone system. He also said that the zone valves were installed UPSIDE DOWN by Kyle which is why they were not functioning correctly at all. There is a chance that they need to be completely replaced depending on the amount of damage done previously by Kyle's installations. He further indicated that the circulator pump was installed BACKWARDS which was another cause of malfunction. We still have yet to pay Kennedy to fix what the previous contractors did not resolve for us. We are regrettably ready to pay another heating and plumber for servicing and fixing what the previous installers had incorrectly installed and billed us for. We are hoping that Angi can help us in whatever ways possible. Reimbursements or refunds would be ideal. Replacement parts and labor paid to the new heating contractor would also be helpful. We are open to the best, most peaceful and reasonable resolution for everyone involved.

It went terrible, this while experience has been extremely stressful. The company just installed the boiler 2 months ago and for some reason they needed to replace zone heads that should be completely covered since the boiler and work is literally 2 months old. And then the owner wants to yell and scream on the phone claiming that the boiler isn't working because someone replaced a thermostat. You are all inexperienced and very rude. I won't stop posting comments until everyone understands what fellowship has done to my family. Future customers be aware and cautious when choosing a company to do work in their home.

They had my furnace up and running in no time at all. They were polite and professional. Would hire again!
