I hired them to install a water heater but it turned out I needed a lot more work. The sewer line in the basement was leaking and rotted. I also had a clogged tub drain. They were not pushy and did not try to sell me more than what needed to be done. They were pleasant to work with and I am very pleased with the work. They are my new plumber now.

Jim was great. He was in touch with me at all times, called to confirm appt. He was very flexible with time. They cleaned up the furnace room. It was installed 2 days ago and we are having one issue. Jim is coming today to resolve.

The work was done meticulously, quickly, and cleanly. Overall the only factor lacking is communication.

My water heater went today and I made several calls for pricing and then I put a request on Servicemagic around 6pm. I got a call at 6:01 from Martel Plumbing and Heating, they were the lowest price and they were there within an hour! Everyone I called said it would be a day or 2 before they could come out. They were done by 8PM and were extremely professional. These guys were great!!!!!

IT WAS AFTER THE FLOOD, NO HOT WATER HEATER. WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR THE WATER TO RECEDE, FINALLY CONTACTED ANOTHER PLUMBER AND HE WAS GIVING ME TWO DAYS LATER, MARTEL CAME OUT THAT AFTERNOON. CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT IT FELT LIKE TO HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN
