The project was planned out very well and I am very pleased with the outcome. The technicians explained what they were doing throughout the project and were very knowledgeable and friendly.

The technison was very prompt, very noligable, very clean, and put everything back in place before he left, I was very pleased with the whole exsperiance from this company , from the first call I received from them to the job being done , I would defiantly use them again , And I would recommend them to others !

The guy did a poor job putting in my vanity sink. It's crooked and he didn't put a great deal of effort to fix it since he was concerned about getting home.

The first plumber I contacted said that I needed a new hot water heater without ever setting foot in my house. Jim from Martel told me that it could probably be repaired and came to the house and not only replaced the thermocouple but cleaned out lots of pet hair and dirt from the previous owner. I will never take a hot shower for granted again. And we will be working with Jim to put a new bathroom in our house.

they were the first to call, and were so respectful and patience with my problem. THAT is what made me not go further with other plumbing company's. . They could handle a "small" problem with the same respect as though it were a big problem. I would rate them as efficient. they came quickly and the tec. was so knowledgeable.

Jim of Martel Plumbing & Heating was absolutely fabulous in helping my daughter get a new heating system up and running in a rehab home she bought for herself. I got 4 estimates from different heating companies and not only was Jim's estimate most reasonable but he was able to work with her exsisting steam heat radiators to save her money. Kim's house had previously frozen pipes and Jim was right on target discovering the source of a leak up in the ceiling when he turned the boiler on for the first time. He also ran lines for a new oil tank; installed a new hot water heater; relocated washer/dryer hookups; replaced the main sewer pipe in the basement; plus a few other repairs. His employees that assisted were also very professional. Jim was always available for numerous meetings and texts to finalize complex paperwork needed for the rehab loan. Very polite and professional. Showed up on time and completed the entire rough in plumbing for a bathroom addition in 1 day. He walked me through what he did prior to the completion of the job. Everything was cleaned up and it was like he was never even there. Even gave an additional discount when he saw the Veteran plates on my motorcycle in the garage.
