This company was great! I called on a Wednesday and they completed the work on Thursday. Fast and efficient. Will keep them on my speed dial for any future pest problems.

Brinxs is fantastic! 5+ stars! Kelly was the most responsive and knowledgeable customer service person I have dealt with in a long time. She gave me quotes, followed up with texts, called back to schedule right away(all on a weekend when 8 others I reached out to still had not called back). She followed up with me after the appointment to let me know it was completed and to schedule the next appointment. I had called early Sunday morning and had someone at my house early Monday morning which is absolutely amazing, given the fact that a well known pesticide company I had been with for years, could not come until Friday and had just sprayed the house in March and there should not have been a problem. It was an emergency as it was a weekly rental and ants were an issue. They saved my renters vacation and my rating as a weekly rental which would have been severely impacted by this issue. If you want peace of mind, excellent customer service, responsiveness in an emergency and guaranteed work, Brinxs Professional Pest Control is the one to call.

Everyone was tremendous from the person who answered my call to Jared, the owner of the company, who came to my home and provided the flea-removal service. He arrived promptly, answered every question/concern I had, gave me the option of treating 2 rooms rather than the whole house. He sprayed a product that had minimal odor which dissipated quickly. I've been sensitive to chemicals because of respiratory problems but had no reaction whatsoever. And the treatment was SUPER EFFECTIVE. Couldn't recommend more highly. THANKS!

I hired them after seeing a mouse in my house. Someone came and assured me there were no more mice and that there were no entry points for them. I then caught 2 more mice and had to hire another company to seal my home! It was a waste of money having Brinx come and lay a few traps that I could have done for a much lower cost on my own

This company has a unique focus on the customer relationship that very few today still have. Within minutes of my submission for this project, I was on the phone with Kelly to discuss my options and receive an estimate for the work to be performed. The service appointment was completed by Jared who was well mannered and easily described the work he performed. He went the extra mile by ensuring all covid-19 protective measured were followed. I would recommend their services.

The company only came yesterday but Kelly in the office and Jared the man who came are very professional and concerned about my family's well being. I would definitely hire them again.

She was very friendly and thorough, even calling me back to confirm all the details - most places its like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone! Jared got to us as quick as he could and was very friendly and SUPER knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable with the situation and what he'd do to remedy it. He even brought me along during his entire check thru and work to explain what he was doing and how it'd help. He even gave me his number and told me to call him if any other pest-related questions come up in the future. Jared and Brinx are the epitome of a great Small Business - one that was great to support! Jared saw an issue in the Pest Control Business and has created a company that is Smart, Efficient, and offers GREAT Customer Service. I'd recommend Brinx to everybody who's looking for Pest Control services.
