John was very helpful in answering all my questions. Also, he was willing and happy to listen to my suggestion about the replacement of the toilet, which saved us $500, and him the effort of having to cut the floor & reposition the toilet drain pipe.

We are extremely please with this plumber. John's professionalism is well above others. His services were excellent. He always kept in touch with us and explained all facets of his procedures. His price was very fair and the installation of our tankless water heater was more than we expected due to being the first in our condominium association to undertake this. We would and will highly recommend him to our neighbors.
