AEM, LLC Roofing Services, East Greenwich, RI was a pleasure with whom to work. John Ruzzo (owner) immediately responded to my inquiry and came to my home for a complete assessment. He provided a comprehensive Installation Agreement, including all specified work, materials and equipment. I utilized the Owens Corning Duration Shingles he suggested, which I have used before and are beautiful. His Contract Price was extremely competitive with two other contractors. What impressed me most was John, Kevin (site manager) and the crewâ s professionalism. They arrived, completed the job in one day (with no interruption to my remote work-day), prepared and cleaned-up thoroughly (ensuring great care of my gardens), and responded to any following concerns or questions. Zac k showed up at the appointed time to estimate the job,he showed up the day of the job on time. He completed the job that same day as promised. He also came back the following day to complete the cleanup,including picking up all loose nails,

Great working crew, very professional, very knowledgeable. They protected my yard and cleaned up everything. They were very thorough. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for an Excellent roofing install. They used the Owens Corning shingles with 50 year warranty. Great value for money spent. They also installed a new Velux skylight with manual crank to open the window. They added soffit vents to ensure my attic was properly vented which also helps the roofing shingles last longer.

i was a roofer when i was younger. AEM roofing did a great job at a fair price. Used high quality material. Stripped my 2 layer roof, replaced all rotted bad wood boards before installing 50 year asphalt shingles, new lead flashing around the chimney, ridge vent was installed properly. Plus John and Kevin both were friendly guys. great customer service.

Kevin and Kevin were EXCELLENT to work with. I actually interviewed several roofers before hiring AEM. They were extremely knowledgeable, very transparent and they walked me through everything that would be done step by step. Kevin educated me about the quality of the product and he offered a very fair price. They also performed the work within a short period of time from when I originally contacted them. They went above and beyond to get the job done and even did additional repairs and replaced all of my sheathing due to water damage and mold. The work was all done in 1 day. Kevin even took extensive photos to show me everything. I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism, the customer service and the quality of the work that was performed. I would highly recommend using this company. They exceeded my expectations!

Truly enjoyed working with AEM. Both Kevin's were professional, honest, came when they said they would, and finished the job on schedule. Roofers were polite and did a fantastic job. Very conscientious about plantings and any impact on my neighbors. Their cleanup crew was top notch. I found less than a dozen nails and only a handful of old tar paper in all of my yard and only in obscure places. I highly recommend them.

John and Kevin did an excellent job and gave us a very competitive price. When they removed the shingles, they uncovered several pieces of plywood that needed replacing that wasn't included in the initial quote. They were very reasonable with the additional charges. During the course of the project, they took pictures to show me exactly what they had repaired. Highly recommend this company.

Jon was super explaining his company and how they would approach the job. The foreman Keith, was very informative . His crew was professional and very good and fast. The roof looks great and everything was cleaned up as if they weren't even there.
