The experience I had with Watertight was a very good experience. When Ron showed up to do the work he was very friendly & helpful with taking care of the things that I needed fixed & also taking care of some other issues that needed taken care to prevent any water leaks in the near future. They are willing to stand by their work & were willing to warranty what he did making me fell better knowing that I could call if there was any issues with what he did. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing repairs done.

This company offered the sealant maintenance that I required. Communication was easy and pleasant. The work performed was quick, neat, and well done. Alvin and crew installed Gaco product on our metal roof which is 100 years old. Last product was put on over 20 years ago and they took 2 days to just clean and power wash the roof and 3 porches. They took their time and did a wonderful job with a warranty from their company. Even fighting the hot weather, rain, scheduling of other projects along with other challenges, I am very pleased with the final product. Even did an add-on for a nice drip-edge along the whole house and porches to save from future expenses. Would highly recommend them if you want it done right and have your mind at ease that they are not trying to cheat you. Other contractors gave slightly lower quotes, but they were used car salesman when seeing what they preparation and install takes from professionals at WaterTight Roofing.

Extremely hard working crew, installing 26 squares of shingles in a single day. Project Manager provided frequent updates, assisted by drone aerial photos. Scrap out and ground cleanup efforts were meticulous. Excellent value for the money!

Alvin was wonderful to work with - very knowledgeable and keeping me informed every step of the way. They replaced part of the roof and repaired the top of the chimney. The crew did a great job from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I've never had to replace a roof before so I was a bit uncertain of how the whole process would pan out. But after talking with multiple contractors, it was clear Joe Palumbo and the Watertight Roofing Team was the winner. Joe was incredibly professional and thorough while initially estimating the job. We walked through all the different options including the pros/cons of a shingle and metal roof together. He gave very open and honest information on all the options and did not try to sell me on one particular product. His communication throughout the process was superb. Once on site, his team was extremely professional and you could tell they had a lot of experience. We love the final product and would recommend Joe Palumbo and the Watertight team to anyone looking for a high quality, honest and reasonably priced roof replacement. Thanks Joe!

I had several other roofing companies give me an estimate for tiling roof. Ron with Watertight is the only one who got up on the roof and took measurements. He was very professional, answered my questions. In addition the workers spray painted pipes and vents on the roof to match the tile, as well as washed the gutters. Cost was significantly below quotes from other businesses. I definitely would recommend them.

Very quick response to my inquiry, Alvin arrived later that day and asked many questions regarding our issues, was up on the roof reviewing the areas, gave a short review of what he saw and what the work required for repair, prepared an estimate. Kept us well informed on the damage and the repairs. Thorough, professional, great communication, during the repairs. Would absolutely use again and would readily recommend.
