He called me as I was looking at his reviews and set up an estimate for the next day. If I had been ready, he would have started the next day. He came on the day he was scheduled and set up the rooms to be done which including moving furniture (as I was recovering from surgery) then returned the next day as scheduled with his full crew. They finished the work earlier than expected. The work was great. They cleaned up. The crew was professional and respectful. The work done included replacing 3 ceilings and patching cracks in the walls. The value was worth it. I could not have done the work. I would, and will be, hiring them again.

Would highly recommend them. He was there on time for my estimate, on time for the service I got and did great work. Also thoroughly cleaned up after work was completed. Nice to see somebody that takes pride is his work.

We have utilized Tim's services several times for plaster and stucco work on our house. He and his team were very thorough and gave their expert opinion to do the best work. What a huge relief to find such a gifted and professional contractor. Hughes Plastering understood exactly what I wanted and needed and did not try to upsell me to do more work than was necessary. Not only did they do an outstanding job repairing and re-plastering water damage on my living room ceiling, they even took on some extra tasks that my husband wasn't able to do (installing a new ceiling fan and new custom window shades), but wouldn't take any extra money for it. They were on time, very friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a spotless cleanup before they left. I love my new ceiling and highly recommend them. You won't regret it. I am sure we will call them again as this old house has many more areas with failing plaster. It's nice to know I don't have to stress about finding someone to fix them now.

Hughes Plastering tackled a job other plasterers wouldn't/couldn't touch: restoring an 1860-built decorative plaster crown molding. The job was done quickly & expertly, to my great relief. Tim (and master carpenter Reynaud) took great care with prepping the work area and cleaning up afterwards. In between, they worked with great precision. Both were professional as well as personable. I'd fully recommend Hughes & will use them for any plastering projects in the future.

The work was done professionally and quickly. We had a hard time finding someone to do stucco work for us and Hughes came and turned around the job in a very timely and quality manner. Any future Plaster/Stucco needs we have we'll be contacting Hughes first.

Hughes Plastering was all about customer service from the first phone call to the estimate which was received when he said I would receive it to scheduling and being prompt on the day the work began. Tim Hughes even gave me a courtesy call because he was five minutes late. Being dependable in all aspects of his business made me take notice. He is the exception to other contractors who do not call back, do not show up on time or show up at all, never call if they are running late and you can never get them back once they are gone. Hughes Plastering checked off all the boxes for a job well done and customer satisfaction. This is the type of contractor we all dream of hiring. Kudos to Tim Hughes and his helper, Dillon.
