Description of Work: After a recent heavy rain I noticed slight water damage to a bedroom ceiling. i was able to determine where the problem was, and called Howell, requesting a repair/ replacement of a vent pipe housing. Within days two Howell employees were at my door and within a short time the repair was made. I have had subsequent rains and the repair has held up as expected. This is the second time within recent years that Howell has performed minor roof repairs in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: CONSTRUCT A NEW FRONT PORCH ROOF AND DECK AND STAIRS. NEW FRONT PORCH RAILING AND HAND RAIL. STRIP OLD WOOD FROM DORMER. INSULATE AND INSTALL NEW ALUMINUM SIDING. COVER SIDE PORCH GABLE END WITH ALUMINUM SIDING. INSTALL PORCH RAILING AND HAND RAIL ON BACK PORCH. INSTALL NEW HAND RAIL LEADING TO DRIVEWAY.
