CHARLIE ARRIVED 1 HR LATE, BUT THAT WAS OKAY ..HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY COURTEOUS AND NICE, ALSO..HE DID HIS JOB WELL, AND IS TO BE COMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!! SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Matt showed up on time, was pleasant & professional, and did not act like he was in such a big hurry to get to the next appointment that he had to rush thru his work. He treated for carpenter bees & ants, specifically. The ant problem was taken care of almost immediately, although we're still seeing bees. He said to give it 2 weeks and call back if they're still around, which we will do. We've been putting up with the carpenter bees for years, but when they went after a rocker on the porch & bored holes in it in a matter of days, that was it. I can only imagine what our house looks like up under the eaves. I followed Matt around as he did his inspection, because I wanted to see for myself what he found. He didn't seem to mind that, and when he did find where the ants were coming in, shined his flashlight on them to show me. We'd never have guessed they were coming up the pipes from the basement to get to the kitchen, but he said the dry spring had them looking for water.

Dennis was on time and very honest about my termite situation. Two other Pest Control services told me I had termites and wanted to charge me $2400 and $1600. My family decided to hire Green Pest for a preventive treatment for termites and since I get lawn care treatments I felt very comfortable with there service and honesty.

They were quick to respond, arrived on time on schedule, notified me advance as requested, went above and beyond what I asked them to do for the same price. Pleasant to deal with throughout the process.

They were on time and the the gentlemen was very pleasant. I would hire them again if I had another problem.

Dennis was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. The treatment was explained and was finished in the time they told us. Will was very nice and told my husband exactly what was going to be done and he straightened up when he was finished.

Wish we had brought them in earlier. Tried commericially available sprays and were able to kill fleas in the rest of the house (took months) but just could not get rid of them in the basement. Since Green Pest has been here, we 've only found 3 fleas (using light and sticky disk) and were told to expect this. It's early in the game but a 2nd visit is part of the plan (if needed) plus a 60 day guarantee. Matt, the pest professional who visited us was courteous and very informative. It's early in the game, but we're very happy. Could have saved a lot of money spent on commercially available sprays and weeks of effort had we called them earlier

Very fast response to HomeAdvisor query. I hired them for a termite inspection and the manager who came out to do the inspection was courteous and through, even though the ground was snow covered and it was below 20 degrees outside. I would recommend this provider.
