The gentleman came, did the work professionally, and ten days later, we have not seen a single ant since. If customer service means calling to say he would be late, then customer service is OK. I had no issues that needed further attention,

When I first moved into my home, I had a problem with centipedes. I called Green Pests, and they came quickly and took care of them. I have no trouble with any bugs anymore, and if I do, Green Pest Solutions comes out quickly to address the problem.
