They called within a few minutes of my request for info going in! customer service rep was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible with scheduling. The tech arrived early, identified the primary problem (yellow jackets) immediately, and was careful not to track dirt into the house. However, I was a bit disappointed that he didn't give as much detail on what he did for our specific problem as I'd hoped - I don't know whether he got a close look at the nest location or just sprayed up there, if he saw any damage caused by the yellow jackets that we need to address, etc. Also, they took a full week to deposit my payment.

Frank showed up on time, courteous, knowledgeable and quickly took care of the problem. I highly recommend them.

They showed up early which was perfect. The tech Frank was very knowledgeable and he knew where to look for the wasps. He sprayed the areas where the wasps were and then sprayed the perimeter of the house for ground insects. So far no wasps have returned. Thanks Green Pest Solutions.
