The service began well when the initial treatments were performed but there was inconsistent follow-up. It may have been that the person assigned to my residence did not have enough experience. I definitely would not use this company again. Can you really go green when trying to eliminate pests?

They called first thing the following morning. (Was on Home Adviser late night before). We're friendly and knowledgeable and calmed my fears. The owner and one of his service men came within a few days. We're VERY thorough. Explained their treatment plan. One of their other service men even came out next day to relieve traps of mice and set new ones. I believe we are now mice free. A great experience all around.

I was buying a new house and a general inspection saw some wood damage that my have been from termites, Green pest came and checked the damage. They were professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. They provided in a very timely manner the reports/forms the mortgage company needed and then provided a termite monitoring system needed. The service was timely, professional and the support was exceptional. I greatly appreciated the service they provided.
