No pressure from estimator. The exterminator was clean and on time. Took good care of my property as they worked. Very professional quality experience. Hired sight unseen as this is a second home but Michael was very professional and helpful from the moment I called. I did contact 2 other companies, one was suppose to go to the house to give me a quote but never heard from them. Green Pest's fee was in the ballpark, but actually a bit better because it included things that others charged extra for.

Technician was very friendly and helpful. I had a bee/wasp problem under the shingles of a small roof. They are gone now, but there is only have a 30 day warranty. As this is only the start of bee/wasp season, a longer warranty would have been helpful.

Turns out, what I thought may have been termites, were just ants. Glad to know this company is trustworthy. I would definitely refer them and also call again with any pest issues.

I actually cannot assess the value for money because I have experienced only one visit, and $594 is for an annual service. More information about what to anticipate after the 'bait boxes' are positioned, for example, increased mouse activity, should be given to the client. I appreciate that GPS did not spray any chemicals inside the house. The technician was knowledgeable, prompt, and completed his work within the timeframe given when the appointment was made.
